GHASHYAM CHOITHRAM SHAHDADPURI VS State Law AND Business Registration Service (BRS)

High Court at Milimani High Court · · Jairus Ngaah

I have considered the applicant's application dated 8 September 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date and sought to be disposed of during this Honourable Court's current recess. I am satisfied that the application is urgent and it is so certified. Leave is granted in terms of prayers 2 and 3 of the chamber summons. However, the prayer for leave to operate as stay is refused. The applicant is directed to file and serve the substantive motion within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents shall file and serve their response within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. The suit shall be mentioned on 25 October 2023 for directions on the manner of its disposal. It is so ordered.
