Upon carefully considering the application dated 23.5.24 i proceed to issue the following orders :
1 .The application be served for interpartes hearing on 11.5.24.
2. Interim Orders to issue in terms of prayer 2 of the application on condition that the applicant deposits half of the decretal sum in court within 10 days from today.
