RULING

By consent, the Application dated 23/08/24 is hereby compromised in the following manner.

1. The Land Registrar Transmara East, West and South is hereby prohibited by way of an injuction from sub-dividing, transferring and/or in any way interfering and alienating the property known as L.R Transmara/Moyoi/130 pending the hearing and determination of the substantive Suit.
2. Each party will bear its own costs.
