I have considered the oral application by counsel that was made on 10.7.24 as well as the submissions dated 17.7.24 filed in support of the said application.
Upon perusing the affidavit of service of dated 19.4.24 Iam satisfied that the applicant has proven that the judgment debtor was duly served.
The failure to honour court summons is an unacceptable breach of the rule of law. This court is under a duty to protect, preserve and promote the rule of law.
Disobedience of court orders is one of the highest forms of impunity that makes a mockery of democracy and access to justice.
Order:
1.Consequently, the court orders that warrants of arrest be issued as prayed.
2.The warrants shall be executed by the officer in charge at military police DOD Hurlingam.
