1. I have considered the Applicant's undated application seeking for sentence review and the affidavit in support thereof.
2. Having exhausted all his avenues for appeal, this court is not clothed with jurisdiction to reopen the issue of sentence in the manner sought by the Applicant. The Applicant will have to await the forthcoming prison de-congestion exercise whereby if his name is among those that will be approved for the exercise, then the court will consider reviewing his sentence, if he qualifies for such.
3. The application is declined and this file is closed.
4. A copy of this ruling to be served upon the Applicant.
