I have read the Notice of Withdrawal of the Petition dated 16th August 2024 filed by the Petitioner and heard the submissions made by Ms Angira for the Petitioner and Mr Makuto for the Respondents. The Respondents do not oppose the withdrawal of the Petition. In the circumstances the Court endorses the withdrawal. Consequently the Petition is hereby marked as withdrawn with no orders as to costs.
