I have considered the Application dated 9th February 2023, filed under a certificate of urgency, the grounds, and the supporting affidavit dated 9th February 2023.
I do hereby issue the following directions:
1. THAT the Application shall be served within 14 days of today’s date.
2. THAT The Respondents shall file and serve their response to the Application within 14 days of service.
3. THAT The matter shall be mentioned, on 15th March 2023 for the purposes of reporting compliance.
