RULING
1. The applicant herein one George Bisaule was charged, tried and convicted on undisclosed date by Sirisia PM court in Criminal Case No. E119 of 2022: Republic versus George Bisaule of the offence of obtaining money by false pretense contrary to Section 313 of the Penal Code (CAP 63 Laws of Kenya). He has now moved this court for leave to lodge an appeal out of time. Given that there is no disclosure of the date of the decision that he intends to impugn, I am unable to gauge the period of delay if at all there was delay in lodging an appeal.
2. On the balance I do find that the applicant is economical on facts and I thus find that the application herein is devoid of merit and dismiss it.
