I have looked at the Ex Parte Applicant's Chamber Summons application dated 22nd July 2024 and filed on 26th July 2024 and his Verifying Affidavit that was sworn on 22nd July 2024 and the enclosures therein and hereby allow the said Chamber Summons application in terms of Prayer No (1) therein.
