'1. The Applicant has applied for the benefit of Section 333(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking that the period spent in custody prior to sentencing be taken into account.
2. The record shows that the sentence sought to be affected was imposed by another Judge of this Court.
3. Once a lawful sentence has been passed, the sentencing court becomes functus officio, and a Judge of concurrent jurisdiction cannot revisit or alter that decision.
4. Accordingly, this application is declined for want of jurisdiction.
