I have considered the application dated 13 June 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The crux of the applicant's application, if leave is granted, revolves around ownership or title to land. The Environment and Land court would be ideally placed to handle this sort of dispute. I therefore direct that this file  be transferred to Environment and Land Court for disposal. It is so ordered.
