  1. The Application dated 21st June, 2024 is hereby compromised in the following manner;
  2. The order for dismissal of the Appeal made on the 13th May, 2024 is reviewed and set aside forthwith.
  3. The Memo of Appeal dated 15th September, 2022 is reinstated.
  4. The Appellant is directed to prepare, file and serve their Record of Appeal within 30 days from today’s date.
  5. The Appeal will be mentioned on 20th May 2025 to admit the Record and take directions on the hearing.
