1. The application dated 22nd January 2024 together with the affidavit in support and reply sworn on 16th April 2024 have been considered.
2. The applicant seeks a stay of a negative order. Further, the remains of the deceased have no doubt already been released, therefore, any orders of stay would also be in vain, this court is not inclined to issue the same. The application is dismissed with costs.
3. Additionally, the appeal is withdrawn with no orders as to costs by consent of the parties.
