I have considered the application dated 11 December 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. Although a decision said to have been delivered by the respondent is at the centre of the applicant's application, it is not among the exhibits on the affidavit in support of the application. In the absence of the decision, I am unable to conclude that the applicant's application is urgent. Accordingly, I direct that this application be served upon the respondent and interested party for hearing inter partes 31st of January 2024.
