The Notice of Motion dated 12th August 2025 seeks release of the decretal sum deposited in the joint interest earning account pursuant to an order of this court made on 10th June 2022.
The application though duly served is not opposed and the record indicates that indeed this appeal was dismissed on 7th June 2024. There is therefore nothing to prevent the decree holder from accessing the decretal sum. In the premises the application is allowed and orders are granted as prayed.
