This matter coming for revision of sentence, Upon perusal of the record and the Sentence Review Report,
1. the offender is first offender.
2. Report describes him as a habitual thief yet there are no other reports.
3. the stolen item was recovered.
4. the victim has forgiven the offender. the mother says he can reform.
5. this was a suitable case for non custodial sentence the reports from the local administration not withstanding ( for lack of corroborating evidence)
6. the offender's sentence is revised to Probation Supervision by Makueni Probation Office for 18 months.
7. A Probation Order to issue accordingly
