Considering that the dispute relates to ownership of or title to land, I am of the humble view that this matter ought to be disposed of by the Environment and Land Court. Accordingly, I direct that this file be transferred to the Environment and Land Court for determination or for such orders or directions as the Presiding Judge in that court may deem necessary to issue.
