I have looked at the Ex parte Applicant's Notice of Motion application dated 27th April 2026 and filed on 21st May 2026 and his Supporting Affidavit that was sworn on 27th April 2026, and the enclosures therein, and noted that the Ex parte Applicant has filed the present application in the substantive JR case file type, yet there is a JR Miscellaneous application case file type. Accordingly, I hereby strike out the said Notice of Motion application dated 27th April 2026 and filed on 21st May 2026 with no order as to costs. The Ex parte Applicant is at liberty to file his application in the correct case file type for consideration by the court. The date of 16th September 2026 that appears in the CTS portal be and is hereby set aside and/or vacated forthwith. File to be closed forthwith. Orders accordingly.
