' The Petitioner/Applicant has uploaded two identical versions of the same Application, inadvertently; and the system has captured them as two separate applications.
For good order, only one version of the Application dated 03/09/2025 shall progress. Consequently, the latter of the two, being this one, is struck out with no orders as to costs. The version filed earlier in time shall proceed in the regular fashion, and directions or orders shall be issued subsequent to this Ruling.
