RULING

a)   The Appellants are hereby granted the last chance to file their record of Appeal within 30 days from today’s date.

b)   If no record of Appeal is filed within 30 days from today’s date, this Appeal stands automatically dismissed for want of prosecution with costs in favour of the Respondent.

c)   The matter will be mentioned on 10.06.2026 to confirm if the Record was filed or not and take further direction.
