The directors of the Defendant/Judgement Debtor have been served with Summons to attend court for cross-examination on the means of the judgment debtor in accordance with the order dated 22.02.2021. They have failed to attend court and produce the companies documents of account to enable the court determine whether the company is able to pay its debts.
Accordingly, judgment for the decretal sum be and is hereby entered against the directors; HARSI SALAD MATAN and QUALIFF MOHAMED ABDILEE.
