(From the original conviction and sentence in Kisumu Chief Magistrate’s Court Criminal Case No. E086 of 2023)
1. The convict Felix Kwame Otieno was sentenced to serve 3 years’ imprisonment on 28th February 2023. He has served almost 2 years for offence of possessing stolen goods and is said to be well behaved according to the Sentence Review Report filed and dated 19th November 2024.2. The probation officer recommends Community Service orders and the convict is willing.
3. The convict is hereby released from prison-on-prison decongestion exercise and shall perform unpaid Community Service at Lower Kachola Assistant Chief’s office for the remainder of the prison term, to be supervised by Kisumu Central Probation Officer.
