The Court has considered the ex parte Chamber Summons dated 25th September 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency. The Court makes the following orders;
1. The application is certified as urgent
2. Leave is granted to the Applicant to apply for orders of certiorari and mandamus in terms of prayer 2 of the application dated 25th September 2024
3. Prayer 3 of the application dated 25th September 2024 is granted pending hearing and final determination of the substantive motion.
4. The substantive Notice of Motion to be filed within 21 days from the date hereof.
