1. The Applicant filed this Application dated 5^th February 2024 praying that the proceedings in Shanzu Chief Magistrate’s court Criminal case number 1163 0f 2015 be stayed and the Applicant’s bond terms be reinstated .
2. The Application was not certified as urgent and no interim orders were issued.
3. It would appear that the Applicant then lost interest as he has never appeared in court.
4. The Application has come up 5 times and mention notices  were issued to his advocate Mr Ajigo. Neither the Applicant nor the Advocate has attended court on the 5 occassions.
5. The court therefore finds that the Applicant is not keen on the Application and it is here by dismissed for NON ATTENDANCE AND WANT OF PROSECUTION.
6. IT is so ordered.
