RULING
I have considered the application herein seeking the extension of time within which to register a security. Having considered the supporting affidavit which has explained the reasons for the delayed registration, I am satisfied that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Accordingly, I allow the application as prayed. The time is extended for 30 days from the date of this ruling. This file is hereby now marked as closed.
