RULING

1. The court has looked at the agreement dated 29^th January, 2015 and takes note that it refers to the same property that is indicated in the Agreement dated 12^th June, 2017.
2. The Purchaser in the Agreement dated 29^th November, 2015 is the Vendor in the Agreement dated 12^th June, 2017.
3. For this court to understand the history of the ownership and how the witness purchased his portion of land lawfully, the Agreement dated 29^th November, 2015 is hereby admitted.
4. The Defendant will have time to discredit the same including to prove if the same is forged or not.
