RULING
I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 9th October 2024 which seeks to convert the certificate of costs dated 18th September 2023 into judgment for costs. There is nothing to demonstrate that either a reference was filed or that the certificate has been set aside.
The notice of Motion is duly served and an affidavit of service that confirms that was filed on 23/10/2024. The Respondent is therefore aware of the application. He has not file any response in opposition to the application or attended court to object to orders being granted. Accordingly the application is allowed and orders are granted as prayed.
