I have seen the application dated 14 September 2024. It seeks reinstatement of this suit which was dismissed for non-attendance.
I am not persuaded to allow the application since I see that the applicants also intend to make substantial amendments to what they had initially filed and was dismissed. Nothing bars the applicants from filing a fresh suit. In my opinion instead of reinstating this dismissed suit, if the applicants wish to pursue the matter, they can consider filing a fresh suit incorporating what they believe are the proper pleadings.
