The court has perused the Notice of Motion dated the 7/10/2025 together with the supporting affidavit and the certificate of urgency. I have noted from the supporting affidavit the efforts that the applicant has not put into its investigations since the preservation orders were issued on the 14th April 2025. It is only fair and just that the applicant is granted an extension of the orders to conclude its investigations considering the nature of the investigations and the difficulties it is facing in obtaining the necessary documents and the required information.
In the premises, and for the foregoing reasons, the preservation orders issued on 14th April, 2025 are hereby extended for a further period of six months as prayed in the application. Prayers (2) and (3) are granted.
