RULING

1. The application dated 7^th March, 2025 is allowed and the Interested Party is granted leave to obtain statements from the Chief Land Registrar and Chief Land Administrator and file and serve the same before the court within 7 days from today’s date.
2. Witness Summons do issue to the Chief Land Registrar and the Chief Land Administrator to attend court on the 1^st April, 2025 at 10:30am and produce evidence or testify on the issues relating to the dispute at hand.
3. Costs of this application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
