The objection by Mr. Ayieko and by extension the application dated 21st June 2024 is upheld.  Firstly, the documents having been filed without the leave of this court they cannot be allowed to remain on record.  Secondly, Mr. Mwongela himself asserts that the documents are already on record but it was merely for good order that they have been put in one document and for that reason Mr. Ayieko’s objection and the Notice of Motion dated 21st June 2024 prevail and are upheld.  The documents filed on 30/5/2024 be and are hereby struck out.  Case to proceed.
