Having considered the Notice of Motion dated 24th September 2024 brought under certificate of urgency of even date I am satisfied that the same is urgent. It is therefore certified as urgent. The application be served for hearing inter partes. An interim order in terms of prayer 2 of the Notice of Motion to issue until 9th October 2024 when further directions and/or orders shall be given.
