1. I have perused the Petition for Limited grant ad litem filed by the petitioner herein. Mr. Omar Awadh Mbarak seeks a limited grant ad litem so that he can prosecute a matter before the Environment and Land Court, to wit Mombasa ELC No 76 of 2013.
2. I have carefully considered the matter and am convinced that the application has merit. The petition for a limited grant ad litem dated 10th February 2026 is thus allowed on condition that the petition for the full grant be filed within 90 days of the date hereof.
