' 1. I have perused the Chamber Summons dated 4th November 2025, vide which the Applicant seeks to have the Certificate of Confirmation of Grant to correct some errors in it. The errors, as stated in the supporting affidavit, concern the descriptions of the shares in various companies.
2. The errors are minor and do not require a hearing in the open court. It is also my view that the application has merit and should be allowed as prayed.
3. In the circumstances, I allow the Chamber Summons dated 4th November 2025 with no orders as to costs.
