1. In light of the submissions by the plaintiffs’ advocates confirming service on the client of the application dated 16/9/2024 and in the absence of any objection from the defendants, the application dated 16/9/2024 is therefore allowed as prayed.
2. Consequently, the suit shall proceed to hearing on 20/5/2025. Hearing notice be served on the plaintiffs.
