- I have considered the Applicants notice of motion dated 21/8/2024 and the affidavit in support thereof and I do note that the Applicant had not annexed proceedings in his previous cases; trial court, appeal and Applicants to enable the court make an informed decision on his current application and I therefore dismiss the application herein for want of merit
