' I have read the applicants application dated 27 filed under a certfiicate of urgency of even date. Iam satisfied that the application is urgent and it is so certified. I direct that the pplication be served wityhin 7 days of the date of this order. The respondents shall file and serve theor response within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant''s application. The application shall be mentioned before Justice Mutai on 6 October 2025 for directions on the manner of its disposal. Meanwhile, and pending the hearing off the application or further orders of this Honourable Court there shall be stay of execution of the Ruling of 13 February, 2025 by Honourable Rita Orora, proclamation notice and warrants of attachment of movable property issued on 11 August, 2025.
