I have considered the First Defendant’s application for more time to file defence and compliance documents and the submissions thereon. The record indeed shows that the Defendants have had since 4th December 2023 to comply. They have sought and were granted time without making productive use of it.

Purely in the interest of justice and considering that the First Defendant is represented today, I will give one final chance. I order that:

  1. The Defendants to file and serve defence and compliance documents within 21 (Twenty One) days from today.
  2. Mention on 3rd December 2024 for pre-trial directions. Mention Notice to issue.
