Elvis Mugera VS The Republic

I have looked at the Applicants'  Further Amended Notice of Motion application dated and filed on 22nd May 2025 and the 1st Applicant's Supporting Affidavit that was sworn on even date and the enclosures therein and hereby grant Prayer Nos (2) and (3) therein of the said Further Amended Notice of Motion application dated and filed on 22nd May 2025 on an ex parte basis as I heard the Applicant's counsel and the Registrar of Births and Deaths when the matter came up in court on 21st May  2025, and the only amendment the Applicants were making was in respect of Prayer No (2) therein. I hereby set aside and/or vacate the mention date of 26th June 2025 and hereby direct that this file be closed forthwith. Orders accordingly.
