  1. The Petitioners/Applicants' Notice of Motion Application dated 03/04/2025 seeks orders which are of a final nature and which are incapable of being issued at the interlocutory stage. Further, the prayers in the Notice of Motion Application dated 03/04/2025 are identical to the prayers sought in the Petition dated 03/04/2025.
  2. I also note that the Notice of Motion Application dated 03/04/2025 does not seek any interim reliefs, nor does it articulate any imminent violation or threatened violation of the Constitution that the Court could frame interim relief even in the absence of an express prayer by the Applicants.
  3. Consequently, the Court in Chambers summarily dismisses the Notice of Motion Application dated 03/04/2025 with no costs.
  4. Directions on the expedited hearing and determination of the Petition dated 03/04/2025 shall be issued separately.
