Upon carefully considering the application dated 16.5.24 .
I find that the application is misconceived and an abuse of the process of tis court as it seeks Guardianship orders of a subject alleged to be mentally challenged .
The same should be filed in separate application under the Mental Health Act .
The application is struck out .
