RULING

1. The application dated 13.05.2025 is hereby allowed and the name of the 1^st Plaintiff is substituted with that of Timothy Korir Busienei and in regard to the 4^th Plaintiff the  same is substituted with that of Loice Kibor.
2. The Plaintiffs Counsel is granted seven days from today’s date to amend the pleadings to reflect the new parties.
3. Costs of the application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
