Upon carefully considering application dated 2.5.24 filed under certificate of urgency i proceed to make the following orders :
1. The application be served for interpartes hearing on 22.5.24. .
2. Interim stay of execution of the decree in Kisii CMCC mo. 1038 of 2024 is granted on condition that the applicant deposits the entire decretal sum in curt within 7 days from today .
