'1. Through the application dated 11th August, 2025 the applicant seeks the following orders: -
1) Spent.
2) That the Honourable Court be pleased to review the orders issued on 31st July, 2025 and specify that the sum of Kshs. 100,000 deposited in court by the Exparte applicant as security pursuant to court orders of 11 March 2025 be released to the decree holder advocate herein being the firm of Kinyanjui Kirimi & co advocates through the following bank account details;

2. An order was issued in virtual court to that effect on 31st July 2025 that the monies be released to the decree holder .It is the applicant’s case that upon presenting it to the account department they have stated that it is not possible to implement the order.
3. According to the Applicant this informs the need for a specific order to be issued to the effect that the sum of Kshs.100,000 be released to the decree holder Advocates firm of Kinyanjui Kirimi & co Advocates through their account number 2043574062 held at Absa Bank Kenya PLC Sarit Branch.
4. The court has looked at the order it issued alongside the supporting Affidavit.The application is not opposed. There was a consent that the money should be paid as ordered.
