I have read the applicant's application dated 26 August 2026 seeking to have the motion for conservatory orders certified urgent and be admitted for hearing during the current Court Recess. The application is certified urgent. I direct that the application and the petition be served for for mention for further directions on 3 September 2026. The respondent and the interested parties are directed to file and serve their responses to the application and the petition within 7 days of the date of service of the pleadings. The interim orders sought are in the nature of mandatory orders. I am hesitant to grant them without having heard from the respondent.
