RULING
The Notice of Withdrawal dated 05.09.2024 is hereby endorsed as an order of the court and the matter is hereby marked as withdrawn.
On the costs, the court is of the view that the Defendants had indeed taken steps to defend themselves and it is only for that they be awarded costs.
To that effect, the Plaintiffs will meet the costs of the Defendant incurred up to this point in the event they so wish to pursue compensation.
