I have read the claimants' application dated 12 March 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application is certified urgent. I direct that the same be served forthwith and in any event not later than three days of the date of this order. The application shall be mentioned on 2 April 2025 for directions on its disposal. In the meantime, subject to a search being made on whether there is a caution against arrest of vessel F.V. Maab Aqua 2 registered in Kenya under certificate of registry no. 101262, a warrant of arrest is hereby issued for the said vessel. It is so ordered.
