1. I have considered the notice of motion dated 12th April 2024 and the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Elvis Amolo Aringo Ondego on even date and I do allow the same as prayed.
2. The Director of Children Services Kisumu County is hereby directed to amend the child welfare report dated 13.1.2024 within 21 days to include the name of Addy Jasmine Fitzgerald as a co-applicant.
