SENTENCE REVIEW
From Makueni MCCRC E068 of 2024
1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion
exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced to fine of Ksh 10,000 in default 3 months’
imprisonment for the offence of assault c/s 251 of the Penal Code on 26th January 2024. .
4. The sentence is revised to period already served.
5. He be set at liberty unless otherwise legally held.
