By an application dated 19.5.2026, the applicant seeks consolidation of Kakamega HCCMISC 142, 143, 144, 145 and 146 for the purpose of hearing. The applicant also seeks that judgement be entered for Ksh. 735,330 in favour of the applicant together with interest of 14% from 28.4.2026 and that a decree does issue.
The application is grounded on the affidavit of Duke O. Omwenga and grounds listed on the face thereof.
The respondents do not oppose the application. The same is accordingly granted in terms of prayers 2 to 6.
